Description: This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the County of Grey (the “County”) to the Prequalified Respondents of RFPQ-TS-43-25 Prequalification of General Contractors for the Design Build of Ceylon Depot to submit proposals to provide design / build services for the new Ceylon Public Works Depot as further described in the RFP.
The County will only accept proposal submissions from the following prequalified Respondents:

Description: Grey Road 14 – 4,412 m of road rehabilitation from the west limits of the hamlet of Cedarville to the intersection of Grey Road 14 and Southgate Road 11 and Southgate Road 8 (including the intersection).
The above work will include:

The County of Grey utilizes a Standardized Certificate of Insurance (COI) form and it can be found at the link below.
Individuals and organizations who supply goods and services to the County are required to provide evidence of insurance as part of the terms and conditions of a contract, purchase order, permit, or other form of agreement.
If you have any questions regarding Certificates of Insurance, please contact the requestor.
