Description: The County of Grey requires a Consultant specializing in geotechnical investigations, sampling, lab services, and regulation compliance with respect to County road networks. This Consultant shall represent the County as Qualified Person in all matters related to O.Reg. 406/19 in relation to the County’s 2025 capital program. Project closes Feb 26, 2025 2:00 PM EST.

Description: The County requires the services of a qualified consultant to complete detailed visual inspections and provide a comprehensive structure assessment report of all bridges and culverts owned and maintained by Grey County and complete asset management and budget recommendations based on the results of the inspections. This includes all structures that form the Grey County Road system as well as structures located on the Grey County CP Rail Trail which runs from Owen Sound to Dundalk. Individuals and organizations who supply goods and services to the County are required to provide evidence of insurance as part of the terms and conditions of a contract, purchase order, permit, or other form of agreement.
