1000125487 Ontario Inc. Condominium

The proposed vacant land plan of condominium, known as the 1000125487 Ontario Inc. condominium, will create 11 single detached dwellings, in addition to a new condominium road. The new road will connect to Beaver Trail, but the subject lands also abut Grey Road 30. This condominium is proposed to be serviced by individual private wells and septic systems. Municipal services do not exist in this area of Grey Highlands.

The subject lands are legally described as Part of Lots 24 and 25, Concession 14, geographic Township of Artemesia, now in the Municipality of Grey Highlands, municipally known as 486183 Grey Road 30. This site is approximately 44.15 hectares in size but the lands to be developed are only approximately 4.57 hectares in size. Development is only being proposed in the northwest corner of the subject lands. The remainder of the subject lands are not proposed for development based on topography, the Beaver River, and the land use designations on the subject lands.
