138 Kandahar Lane

The County has received a plan of subdivision application known as the 138 Kandahar Lane Subdivision (County file number 42T-2021-07) to create a total of 12 lots, each to contain a commercial lodge, as well as a future development block. Access to the commercial lodges would be from Tyrolean Lane. A block is also being created for a public trail. Servicing to the proposed subdivision will be via municipal water and sewer services. The proposed development also requires a zoning by-law amendment from the Town of The Blue Mountains.  The purpose and effect of the proposed zoning by-law amendment application is to implement the subdivision to facilitate the development of the 12 commercial lodges.
