Georgiou Subdivision - Redline Revision
The current approval is known as 42T-2016-08 (Georgiou subdivision), was draft approved in 2019. The draft plan of subdivision includes: 67 single detached lots, 2 blocks for town houses, as well as public streets, a trail connection, and stormwater management. The lands are currently designated and zoned for development. No implementing zoning by-law amendment is required as part of this redline revision.
The proposed redline revisions to the draft approved plan of subdivision would achieve the following if approved (as summarized by the applicant’s agent):
- The locations of Lots 13 and 14 were swapped with Block 72 (stormwater management pond), and these two lots were also reduced in depth.
- The three blocks that were intended to be merged with three existing residential lots located outside of the subdivision have been removed from the Draft Plan drawing. These three blocks were recently severed through the Consent application process and have merged on title with the abutting properties.
There is no increase to the number of residential dwellings proposed through the changes to the draft plan of subdivision.
