Glenelg Phase 3 - Redline Revision

The County has received a redline revision application, which proposes to alter the draft approved Glenelg Phase 3 Subdivision, located in Dundalk, in the Township of Southgate. 

The only change proposed to the draft plan at this time is to remove the public school block from the approved draft plan. Due to significant need for school space in Dundalk, it is noted that the School Board intends to prioritize construction of the school site, and the Township has provided conditional approval for a severance of the school lands, to facilitate development. The subject application would also amend or remove several draft plan conditions, given that the school site is proposed to be excluded from the draft plan.

No changes to the surrounding lands or road network are proposed through this amendment.
