Musial Subdivision
The proposed plan of subdivision, known as the Musial subdivision, will create 16 single detached dwellings, in addition to a road extension from Mill Bridge Road to John Street. This subdivision is proposed to be serviced by individual private wells and septic systems. Municipal services do not exist in this area of Grey Highlands.
The zoning by-law amendment would implement the plan of subdivision by re-zoning the lands from the Development ‘D’ Zone to the Residential ‘R’ zone to permit the proposed residential development.
