Roseate Subdivision

This Draft Plan of Subdivision application proposes to develop 150 residential units (including 88 townhouse units and a 60-80 unit apartment building); commercial uses on the ground-floor of the apartment building, one public park block, a system of internal roads and sidewalks, as well as a stormwater management system.  The subject property is located along the western boundary of Durham in the Municipality of West Grey. Access is proposed to be taken from Grey Road 4 and Chester Street West. The lands are designated 'Primary Settlement Area,' 'Rural,' and 'Hazard Lands' in Schedule A of the County's Official Plan. A Zoning By-Law Amendment has been submitted concurrently to the Municipality of West Grey.
