Thornbury Acres

The County has received a plan of condominium application known as Thornbury Acres (County file number 42CDM-2022-11) to create a total of 37 dwellings through a vacant land plan of condominium. Access to the dwellings would be from a series of internal condominium roads, which would have connections to Grey Road 2 and Grey Road 40. Blocks of land are also being created for agricultural and for open space/recreational purposes. Servicing to the proposed draft plan of condominium will be via private individual wells and septic systems. The proposed development also requires a zoning by-law amendment and official plan amendment from the Town of The Blue Mountains.
