White Rose Park Redline Revision

The proposed redline revisions to the recently reinstated draft approved plan of subdivision would achieve the following (if approved): 

• Consolidate the proposed townhouse lots to provide townhouse blocks that are to be subdivided at a later date via part lot control (i.e. Blocks 31 to 38), and 
• Refinement to Block 41 (Environmental Block) to straighten the boundary lines of the block adjacent to the townhouse and stormwater management blocks resulting in a minor increase to the block area (i.e. 4.79 ha to 4.80 ha).
