Community Paramedic Phone Check Ins
Community Paramedicine home visits have been limited to essential check ins during the COVID-19 Pandemic; however, support continues for vulnerable patients. Community Paramedics are now making phone calls to speak with patients and ensure they have the resources they need and their health is stable. If an intervention is necessary, follow-up will be provided.
