COVID-19 Outbreak Declared Over
Update - On September 17th, Public Health declared the COVID-19 outbreak over on the 3rd floor home area at Rockwood Terrace.
We would like to thank our team members for their continued dedication to the safety and well-being of our residents, and we truly appreciate the support from our designated care partners and families. Grey Bruce Public Health were valuable contributors to the management of the outbreak, and we are thankful for their guidance and assistance.
With various respiratory viruses circulating in the community, we would like to remind you that all three Grey County homes remain mask friendly. Masks are available at the entrance, and we respect your choice to wear a mask during non-outbreak situations.
The safety of our residents, families, and staff remains our primary focus, and we will continue with regular infection prevention and control audits and hand hygiene audits. Please refrain from visiting the home if you are feeling unwell for any reason. If you require additional information, please contact the home at 519-369-6035.
