Grey County Seeking Public Members for Agricultural Advisory Committee

Grey County is seeking applications for public membership on the newly formed Agricultural Advisory Committee. Agriculture and food are significant sectors of Grey County’s economy and play an important role in our local culture and lifestyle. This committee will act as a voice of the agricultural community and will advise Grey County Council and coordinate and communicate between agricultural organizations in Grey County. 

Representatives are encouraged from several sectors and groups including: one of the three major accredited farm organizations (OFA, NFU-O, CFFO), commercial livestock, grain or fruit/vegetable, agricultural suppliers, agri-tourism, and, field-to-table.
