Notice of 2025 Budget Meetings

Updated November 27: This notice has been updated to reflect the Budget and Finance Committee Decision on November 25 to forego the December 6 meeting and bring forward the draft budget to the special meeting of Council on December 13 at 10:00 a.m.

Grey County has set the schedule for the 2025 budget discussions and budget approval. Meetings will take place in the Council Chamber located at the Grey County Administration Building, 595 9th Avenue East in Owen Sound, and will be streamed publicly to the Grey County YouTube channel and website at www.grey.ca/council/live-stream. Meetings will begin at 10:00 a.m. unless otherwise stated on the public Council Calendar. 

Meeting Schedule

On Friday, December 13, 2024, a draft 2025 corporate budget will be presented for consideration. If the draft 2025 corporate budget is recommended for approval at the special Committee of the Whole meeting on December 13, 2024, a budget by-law will be presented to County Council for consideration on Thursday, January 9, 2025.
