Notice: Culvert Replacement on Grey Road 14

Proposed Construction Period:  August 22nd, 2024, from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. (dates may change based on weather conditions and other factors)

Details: Grey County will be replacing a road culvert on Grey Road 14 between Grey Road 9 and Southgate Twp Rod. 14.

Grey Road 14 will be CLOSED from Grey Road 9 to Southgate Twp Rd 14 for the duration of this project. A detour route will be provided. Please refer to the below map showing the culvert location and detour.

The work will include:

  • Removal of existing culvert
  • Installation of new culvert
  • Paving the area of construction with hot mix asphalt

The following project restrictions will be in place:

  • All work will be carried out during regular daylight hours
  • No work will happen on weekends or holidays
  • Private dwellings, businesses and emergency vehicle access will be maintained at all times
