Notice – Declaration of Surplus Land

Grey County Council intends to declare the following property surplus to the needs of Grey County:

Council will consider this matter on September 27, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. at its regular meeting in Council Chambers, Grey County Administration Building, 595 9^th Avenue East, Owen Sound.  In the event that the matter is deferred, no further notice will be given.

Those wishing to submit comments must do so in writing to Heather Morrison at clerks [at] grey.ca (clerks[at]grey[dot]ca) or to the County of Grey, Clerk’s Department, 595 9^th Ave. E., Owen Sound, ON N4K 3E3 by 12:00 noon on Thursday, September 20, 2018.

Notice – Request for Proposal – Sale of Land

Grey County invites interested parties to submit proposals to develop affordable and market rent rental units on the following property which is currently owned by the County of Grey:

A complete Request for Proposal Package providing additional detailed information and requirements will be made available on the Grey County website www.grey.ca/tenders.
