Patrick Hoy Appointed Grey County Director of Transportation Services

Grey County is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr. Patrick Hoy to the position of Director of Transportation Services as of August 2, 2016.

Mr. Hoy has been with Grey County since 2008 and has been the Manager of Engineering Services for the past five years.  He has a bachelor of Engineering from Lakehead University and has more than 20 years of experience in the civil engineering field, gained in both the public and private sectors.

“We received many excellent applications for the position; however, Pat’s combination of knowledge, experience and strong relationships within the transportation community made him the clear choice to lead the department into the future,” said Kim Wingrove, Chief Administrative Officer of Grey County.
