Temporary Road Closure April 11 for Tree Removal on 2nd Ave E. in Owen Sound

Road closure 2nd Ave. E., Owen Sound April 11, 2025

A section of 2nd Ave. E. (Grey Road 5) in the City of Owen Sound will be closed on Friday, April 11 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. for the removal of hazard trees. Grey Road 5 will be closed from 1st St. SW to 3rd St. A West (2nd Ave W). A detour will be posted and a map is included below. 

The work will include:

  • Removal of hazard trees
  • Cleanup of work site
