Thank you to the public for your patience.

April 14th, 2025 - The Grey County CP Rail Trail is closed to all users until further notice due to damage caused by recent significant weather. Ongoing investigations have identified several sections of the trail that have experienced washouts. There are also areas with downed trees and limbs from recent ice storms and high winds.
The closure is necessary to ensure public safety and limit further damage to the trail. Staff are working diligently to eliminate the dangerous conditions. There is no timeline for reopening and updates will be shared as more information is known.
Grey County is asking the public not to use the trail for any purpose during the closure.
