Pre-Submission Consultation
In advance of submitting a Plan of Subdivision, Plan of Condominium, or Grey County Official Plan Amendment, a pre-submission consultation meeting with Grey County planning staff is required.
In accordance with the County of Grey Fees and Services By-Law, the fee for the County’s Pre-Submission Consultation process is $500.00.
Upon submission of this form, you will be contacted by planning staff within the next five (5) business days to arrange a meeting time. Where feasible, Grey County will endeavor to bring together relevant partners – including ecology staff, municipal planning staff, transportation staff, etc. to increase the overall efficiency of the planning process. Following the meeting, you will receive a fulsome letter from the County, outlining any next steps for your development proposal.
